The Asset
The centre is located at the prominent corner of Spring and Iolanthe Streets in Grafton, a high-traffic thoroughfare connecting South Grafton to the Grafton City Centre and the Pacific Highway. Positioned within a thriving regional hub, the centre serves both local residents and travellers. Infrastructure upgrades—including the new Grafton Bridge over the Clarence River (commencing late 2016) and the realignment of the M1 Pacific Highway via Iolanthe Street—further enhance the property's long-term exposure and accessibility.
The asset adjoins two key lots being the BP Travel Centre, and a bulky goods complex which totals to 2,629m2 of Net Lettable Area (NLA).
The BP Travel Centre, spans approximately 885m² NLA and includes a large BP Service Station, a Red Rooster with a drive-thru and a specialty café. It is supported by 21 on-site car parks located at the front and rear of the building.
Adjacent to the travel centre is a bulky goods complex comprising approximately 1,744m² of NLA. This building includes 33 at-grade car parks and accommodates a strong mix of national tenants, including BCF, Anytime Fitness, and Autobarn.
