Both of the initial assets benefit from strong government tenant backing and have been strategically selected to anchor our long-term, diversified growth strategy.
Each opportunity will go through rigorous screening by the Investment Committee to ensure that only the best of the best are selected. The Collective aims to provide investors with a genuinely diversified portfolio of primarily direct property and Exceed Capital’s own Unlisted Direct Property Trusts (single- or multi-asset schemes created and managed by Exceed Capital Group).In addition to attractive monthly income, investors will also have the potential to benefit from capital growth over the medium to longer term.
